Artscape reorganizing management structure to better serve its communities
Artscape has grown and evolved significantly over the last few years. In order to better serve the communities we work with and ensure that we work efficiently as we grow, we are implementing several changes to our management structure and to the way we operate with all of our many stakeholders and partners. Over the next few months, we will also be introducing a number of new initiatives and approaches that will more effectively engage and harness the immense talent of our Artscape staff team, by involving staff across the organization in generating ideas, problem-solving and decision-making.
