Reporting To: Director, Sales and Memberships

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will perform the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • In coordination with Artscape Marketing and Communications department, the Coordinator will develop digital/social media campaign strategies, coordinate a marketing content calendar, support campaigns for a variety of community celebrations and events on ADL’s digital marketing channels.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily original content about ADL.
  • Develop documentation around digital marketing plans; prepare and submit a report at the end of the placement.
  • Update and optimize ADL’s digital platform to increase the visibility of social content.
  • Conducts competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification to measure campaign and cost-effectiveness for future initiatives.
  • Continuously improve audience performance by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information Moderate user generated content

As per program requirements, the successful student:

  • (a) is between 15 and 30 years of age (inclusive) at the start of employment;
  • (b) is a Canadian Citizen, permanent resident, or person on whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act* and;
  • (c) is legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial / territorial legislation and regulations
  • *International students are not eligible. Recent Immigrants are eligible if they are Canadian Citizens or permanent residents.
