Artscape Daniels Launchpad opens Digital Media Lab & rolls out new Programs!
Artscape Daniels Launchpad is excited to announce that its Digital Media Lab is now fully open and ready for bookings! This amazing new space for exercising your digital creativity is not only open to Launchpad members, it’s now available for the general public to book. (Members save 30% on booking fees.)
All of the DML studios are fully networked with analog lines, tying together endless recording possibilities between the different spaces. Together they offer everything a creative needs from pre- to post-production, including fully equipped:
- VFX Studio (Live & Control Room)
- Sound Recording Studio
- Photography Studio
- Audio Booth
- Green Room
- Edit Suites

New Program offerings roll out at Launchpad
Artscape Daniels Launchpad is also excited to be rolling out a new suite of Launchpad Learning program and workshop offerings providing a range of learning opportunities to support creatives in leveling up their craft.
Programs are multi-day interdisciplinary programs on what it takes to be a creative entrepreneur. Workshops range from 2 hours to full-day sessions focused on a single discipline. Launchpad’s Creative Studio and Digital Media Training provide the 101 training required to use each space, and more advanced courses so that creatives can expand their abilities in the studios.
In support of our Toronto Artscape Foundation Bursary Program, Candid Conversations is Launchpad Learning’s new, mixed-format learning series that goes beyond the panel and takes an honest look at the broad themes related to your creative practice. Delving into themes such as collaboration, demand generation, creative differentiation and protecting your creativity, each panel discussion is complemented by two unique workshops where attendees can put learned theories to the test.
