Calling all artists, creatives and makers, we have an exciting line up of events to share with you!
Artscape Wychwood Barns, partnered with WAAB, is hosting two Barns Art Markets (BAM!) in the Fall of 2022!
Night Market + Nuit Blanche: Saturday October 1, 2022 7PM – 11PM
Featuring live performances, art exhibitions all during the renowned Nuit Blanche!
Holiday Market: Sunday December 4, 2022 10AM – 4PM
Start your Holiday shopping early and take part in our annual market, jam packed with local talent!

The Barns Arts Market aims to support local talent within the community. If you’re an artist, creator, or maker, we encourage you to participate! Come set up alongside other local exhibitors and take part in what will be two amazing events.

Who can participate?
Artscape tenants and local artists and makers (Toronto) are welcome to apply as exhibitors in the BAM. There will be 30 booth spaces available at each market.
Artscape encourages applications from those that represent the full diversity of communities in Canada, including complexities of intersecting identities such as ability, class, gender, race and sexual orientation. Please let us know if you have any needs for accommodation throughout the process by contacting Dayne Jespersen, Community Services Coordinator, Artscape Wychwood Barns at djespersen@artscape.ca.
Is there a fee for the space?
The registration fee to participate is $150.00 + HST
Fees will be collected once confirmation of participation is sent and approved. The registration fee does not include tables, furniture and chairs.
Tables and chairs are available to rent for a fee. Please indicate in your application if you would like to request furniture rentals. The rental fee will be included in your registration invoice.
Application Requirements
All applications will be reviewed by a jury of local arts and community professionals. Original artwork, limited edition prints and crafts will be considered. Please only submit images of the work you would like to exhibit at the show. Drawings or photos of recent show booths are to be included with your application.

All applicants will be contacted by September 1st, 2022 with a confirmation email and next steps.

About WAAB
The Wychwood Barns Art Advisory Board and Residential Tenant Association is actively engaged in ensuring fair and equal access to artist live/work tenants and guests at Artscape Wychwood Barns. They are focused on four key initiatives, Revenue, Safety, Building Rejuvenation and Diversity/Inclusion.
The group is actively engaged in several initiatives including partnerships with Artscape supporting BAM and other creative programming. They also manage the weekly WAAB Art Booth at The Stop Farmers Market. They can be reached at waabconnection@gmail.com
