Hand-detailed, limited-edition, archival art prints from three series: Meditative Muses, Flight Patterns, and Trees of Life.
These are very intentional images/ + symbols that are meant to be hung in your living or workspace and serve as grounding/calming visual reminders of ideas that can help change your state/perspective in a moment. Each artwork comes with a card that explains the idea behind the image. “This series grew out of an exploration of creative expression as an alternate form of meditation. Meditative Muses are powerful visual cues to remind us of our inner resources. Whether hung in your own space or meaningfully gifted to another, each luminous symbol is a beautiful visual reminder to momentarily reset your perspective or inner state, as you move through your day.” |

The health of our relationships directly impacts our own health and success. This program focuses on healthy and safe relationship building. It is delivered in two parts: one focused on relationship to self and one on relationship to others. The program involves movement activities and reflection, as well as group discussions. Movement is used as a tool for deepening our understanding and accessing ’embodied knowledge’, or the knowledge that we hold in our bodies and not yet/always in our minds
