Become a Tenant/Owner

Developing and managing secure, sustainable spaces for artists and cultural organizations has been at the core of Artscape’s work since 1986. These spaces enable artists to live, work and thrive in Toronto, while also contributing to the cultural, social and economic enrichment of our neighbourhoods.

Thanks to our unique creative placemaking model, we offer below-market rates on commercial studios, live/work studios and owned condo units. Consult this page for all current opportunities, and find more information about the process and benefits of joining our communities.
