Toronto-based International artist Lydia Panart is originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina. Holding a degree in Architecture from the National University of Buenos Aires, she developed her artistic career under the mentorship of master Kenneth Kemble.
Lydia was the recipient of the 2005 Mississauga Visual Arts Award, and has been nominated for the TD Bank’s “10 Most Influential Hispanic Canadians” award in 2016. She has participated in national and international exhibits including biennales and art symposia, in Europe and across the American continent. As an active educator, Lydia leads murals and other community art projects for public institutions and private corporations.
