A fun-filled family event, Music at the Barns brings together the St. Clair West Community for an afternoon of dancing, singing and re-connecting with family, friends and neighbours.

It will be an afternoon with three musical acts.

MARIACHI LOS GALLOS is a unique multicultural phenomenon of professional, talented and enthusiastic musicians from very diverse ethnic backgrounds. In its short life span, Los Gallos Mariachi has built its own distinctive identity, solid prestige and firm leadership. Its success story has positioned it, as an iconic role model for old and new mariachi bands in Canada

Led by award-winning percussionist Rick Shadrach Lazar, SAMBA SQUAD has risen from a community-based drumming group into one of the most dynamic and sought after acts on the Canadian World and Latin music scenes From Jazz to Roots to International Drumming Festivals this energetic and joy-instilling groove machine has performed at over 200 festivals, thrilling audiences across the country and abroad.

QUINCY BULLEN is an accomplished pianist, composer, producer, multi-instrumentalist (drums, bass, guitar) and singer. His style is jazz with a funky vibe. His repertoire includes his own version of popular standards from jazz, R&B, Pop and soul as well as his original compositions. He has been a featured performer at many large music festivals and venues in Canada and the Caribbean.

And for the kids…

Bootsy brings fun and flair when she arrives at any party, adding some colour and smiles to young faces. Children and children-at-heart have been lining up to see Bootsy at parties and festivals around the GTA for over 10 years. As an early childhood educator and artist, she shares her artful and engaging energy while leading party games, painting faces/arms or while creating balloon animals.

Bring your own picnic, blanket and lawn chairs. There will be a beverage tent stocked and managed by Henderson Brewing Company.
Event begins at 3pm. All sets run for 1 hour.
