Artscape Lofts at Waterworks are collection of housing units for artists and their families within an innovative mixed-use development that revitalizes an historic building in downtown Toronto. With a projected opening of 2020, the development will include 299 housing units in total, plus a new YMCA, a public food hall, a space for community organization Eva’s Initiatives for Homeless Youth, and more.
