Colin Mowatt is a partner in the Tax Services practice of PwC’s downtown Toronto office. He specializes in Canadian tax consulting services to a number of public and private Canadian corporate clients.
Colin joined PwC’s Saint John, New Brunswick office in 1992 in the audit practice. He worked on audit engagements in several industries, including food processing and manufacturing, before joining the tax group in 1995. While in Saint John, Colin’s tax experience involved working with high net worth individuals and private businesses in a wide variety of industries. He transferred to PwC’s Toronto Metro North office in 2000 to become a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Services group. He has worked on acquisition structuring and tax due diligence assignments in a number of industries involving corporations and private equity investors.
Colin is currently the tax leader of PwC’s Engineering and Construction practice in Canada. He works with a number of multinational clients in the real estate, engineering, construction and industrial manufacturing industries.
